Thank you for your reply for my last query.
Where I can find server name for ImportExport.svc file in Spira website which my project is currently using.
Is that available in setting or do i need to configure.

You should just hit the URL:
http://servername/path/Services/v3_0/ImportExport.svc
Where servername is the one in the URL used to access Spira.
E.g. if you access Spira at http://myserver/SpiraTeam/Login.aspx you should use http://myserver/SpiraTeam/Services/v3_0/ImportExport.svc
