JIRA Integration of Requirement with Sub-tasks

We have an issue type called UserStory in JIRA.  A User story can have subtasks of types : Acceptance Criteria, Design Element or Use Case

The problem we have is that when we synch  to SpiraTeam all the subtasks are created at the same level as the UserStory not as children of it.

We have the synch configuration set up so that UserStories get synched as Packages and Acceptance Criteria as a Feature but that doesn't seem to work.

How do you set it up so that sub-tasks are synched and created as children of the user story in SpiraTeam?

Hi Carlotta,

It is not possible to have them come across as children of the requirement. You can use the Indent feature to just move them as children in SpiraTeam itself.

Hello Adam and team,

Looking through the Forum I see that the subject of  how sub-tasks will sync over in the Jira integration has been broached on more than one occasion.  Is there any plan to support Sub-Tasks for Requirements as child of the User Story?

Regards,

Jeff
