Is there a way to select the option from the autocomplete drop down list using the keyboard?

Is there a way to select the option from the autocomplete drop down list using the keyboard? ie If I type into a drop down 'bat' and it suggests "batman" in the autocomplete popup is there a way to select the value suggested using your keyboard? Or am I doomed to use the mouse?

Currently you are 'doomed' to use the mouse, however we plan on adding more touch/keyboard support to the dropdowns.
