Inflectra Customer Forums: Running automated TC's from Rapise in SpiraTest (Thread) Hello, i have installed SpiraTest and Rapise(trial version) - i've created several TC's in SpiraTest and configured the relationship between SpiraTest&Rapise - all it's fine - however when i try to [Execute] the TC from Spira, it generate the TestSetLaunch(on my local machine) - but i receive an error message: "The server could not be contacted to retreive test information. Please go into the settings and verify the server and user information, then run the test file again." - i've checked all the settings -> all it's fine Any ideas? You can check/set this in Administration > System > General Settings Please check that they are the same. If Yes...please provide me some information. is an application that cost a lot ... it's hard to believe that is not a video with configurations steps(no pdf files) of someone that is not using SpiraTest with Rapise.
