Cannot Import Test Cases.

Hello.

In the company where I work there is no official support for SpiraTest and on our server installed v.4.2.0.8, so I can't import test cases to SpiraTest because me need SpiraTeam Microsoft Office Add-Ins v.4.0.0.18468. Tell me, please, where I can find SpiraTeam Microsoft Office Add-Ins v.4.0.0.18468?
