6.3.3. Ticket Fields

This panel displays all the fields associated with the help desk ticket:

The list of fields will include both standard fields that are part of the system and any custom fields defined by the administrator of the system. Depending on the product selected and the status of the ticket, different fields may be visible, enabled and/or required. Required fields are indicated in bold type with an asterisk (*) next to their name.
