3.2.11. My Contacts

This widget displays a list of any other users in the system that you have listed as a personal contact:

Each user is displayed along with their graphical avatar, department and a colored indicator that lets you know if they are online or not. If they are online you can then send them an instant message (which will be described later in section 3.3. To remove an existing contact, just click on the ‘Remove’ hyperlink. To add a new user, simply locate them in the Tracking > Resources page and then use the <Add As Contact> button.
