6.1.2. New Incident

Clicking on the <New Incident> button takes you to the new incident screen. This is essentially the same screen as the incident details screen shown in section 6.2 except that the <Update> button is replaced by an <Insert> button, and depending on how the workflow has been configured for your project, certain fields may be disabled.
