I am running a trial version of SpiraTeam 3.1 and using the Data Sync Service with the Jira plugin. Originally everything was running fine until randomly yesterday afternoon the Data Sync Service started coming up with this error: Unable to connect to SpiraTeam project, please check that the SpiraTeam login has the appropriate permissions I have already triple-checked the exe.config file and made sure the username and password were correct.
