Inflectra Customer Forums: Cloud SpiraTeam to Cloud JIRA bug synchronisation issue (Thread) Hi, We have a cloud solution for SpiraTeam and JIRADataSync configured with our JIRA cloud instance. We are currently having an issue with synchronization of defects created in SpiraTeam ported over to JIRA. Currently the JIRADataSync plugin has been configured and i can see that all defects raised in JIRA are syncing into SpiraTeam however I had created a defect in SpiraTeam and this was not created in JIRA.
