Last week before I had the data mappings, I was getting all the way through to it telling me I had bad mappings. Now that I have the mappings in and configured, When I start the sync service the app log gives me a different error, not even getting that far: Unable to get a list of Plugins to execute (the session was not authenticated, please call Connection_authenticate() method first) Ideas on where to start troubleshooting this? Thanks in Advance!

<a10:contributor><a10:email>support@inflectra.com</a10:email></a10:contributor><a10:id>http://www.inflectra.com/kronodesk/forums/threads</a10:id>

Unable to get list of plugins to execute

Running an evaluation of spiratest at the moment, and trying to get jira sync running. Check the user/password and verify the user's enabled in SpiraTeam, and you should be set to go.

<a10:updated>2011-03-21T19:46:13-04:00</a10:updated>

./V8 Ya, I did change the password to match LDAP.
