Hi, I have the following problem with the jira-synchronisation: the issues I raise in SpiraTest are only transferred to Jira if I set the owner of an issue (no owner set - no transfer). But the synchronisation works for all of my colleagues (the owner is set during the synchronisation process). I compared the user settings for my account with those of my colleages and found no differences. Do you have any ideas? Hi Stephan I would log a support ticket because we'll need to get some detailed information back from you. In that ticket, please include any error messages being logged by the synchronization service as that will help us determine the cause.
