RemoteComment am I right and if it's the case, how can we managed this use case? Hi Folks There is a function called Incident_AddResolutions(...) - see https://www.inflectra.com/SpiraDemo3/Services/v3_0/ImportExport.aspx?operation=Incident_AddResolutions That is actually the function to use. Incidents have comments called "Resolutions" (the name changed after the API was written). Regards Adam PS. For urgent enquires we recommend using the help desk rather than the forums as Inflectra personnel do not check the forums as frequently.

<a10:updated>2012-10-17T17:20:49-04:00</a10:updated>
