Hello, I am trying to save a TS from Rapise into a Test Set in Spira but when I am selecting the project at the "Save Remote Repository" window in Rapise it throws a "Can't Open File" error. This starting happening after I change the token name at the Rapise Launcher - Does this have anything to do with it or there is something I am doing incorrectly? I really appreciate the advise! Thank you, -Dee

<a10:contributor><a10:email>support@inflectra.com</a10:email></a10:contributor><a10:id>http://www.inflectra.com/kronodesk/forums/threads</a10:id>

"Can't Open File" error

Hi Dee Please can you log a help desk ticket with Inflectra and include a screenshot of the error

Hi Dee Please can you log a help desk ticket with Inflectra and include a screenshot of the error message. This is most likely not related to a Token change of the automation host, but a change somewhere else. Regards Jim

Hi Jim, Thank you for your quick response. Our IT department did a restore of the dat files and that apparently solved the issue. Thank you again! -Dee

<a10:updated>2014-08-01T17:58:03-04:00</a10:updated>
