Inflectra Customer Forums: Notifications for custom fields changed - Incidents (Thread) Is there an option where - A Custom Field is changed and a notification can be triggered based on the property of the custom field that was changed? Currently, the notification events trigger an email only when a system mandatory field is changed. The field tokens do not have the option to add custom fields.
