Recently we couldn't figure out why a person was unable to open Saved Reports that were listed in the Reporting page's widget "Saved Reports". Ultimately, we discovered that the person's Chrome browser was preventing the Saved Report from being opened because the link is trying to open the report as a popup and Chrome was blocking it as a popup. We completely missed Chrome's message about a popup being blocked.
