Hello,

We have SpiraTest version 3.1. SpiraTest was
re-installed from scratch. When I tried to login using the credentials as
specified in the documentation ( Username:
Administrator and Password: PleaseChange) I got the following error
message: “Invalid user name or password entered, please try again”.

I would be very grateful if you could advise regarding the
issue described above.

  Many thanks,

Y.M.
