    We receive this below error when any one login to the application. Restarting the database fixes this error but this is temporary. I am looking for permanent fix.      Server error in "/" Application  -- Warning Fatal error 9001 occurred at..... Hi Vikranth  This looks like a SQL Server Error -  http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13505881/website-fatal-error-9001   I would have your DBA check the SQL Server and make sure that there are no issues (out of space, etc.)  Regards Adam &#xD;
