Hi I try to customize the notification template for incident change to include the author of the change. I would like to have a a message like Incident ${Name} in project "${ProjectName}" has been changed by ${XXX} Neither $NotifyTo, $Owner nor $Opener seem to do this. Is there any other token ? I was recently asked for the same thing for our email notifications. Obviously, you can open the incident and go to the history tab and see who made the change, but the team wants to be able to skip that step if possible (especially PMs who are reviewing dozens of updates a day).
