(Thread)</title><description> I created an incident workflow and set it to Active and Default.  I want to make the Component field mandatory when Step is New.  I did the following steps but the Component field is still not mandatory (does not have asterisk next to field, and allows incident to save with this field empty).     Go to Administration &gt; Incidents &gt; Edit Workflows. Click the Steps button of the Active Workflow.
