Recently the company hosting this SMPT server announced they would no longer accept more than 3 simultaneous connections from a client. Judging by all the errors in the SpiraTeam logs, SpiraTeam uses more than 3 simultaneous threads to connect frequently. I cant find anything in the SpiraTeam configuration where the max number of email-sending threads can be set. Is there some way to set that more secretly? A registry key, or config file option? Thanks, Kevin

<a10:contributor><a10:email>support@inflectra.com</a10:email></a10:contributor><a10:id>http://www.inflectra.com/kronodesk/forums/threads</a10:id>

number of email threads

Hello, Our SpiraTeam uses a popular public email service send email by SMTP. I would suggest reducing the number of notifications you have configured to send, switching SMTP provider, or switching to our cloud solution which uses our own email servers instead.
