Inflectra Customer Forums: How to integrate Name and Description fields in ST with JIRA (Thread) Hi Inflectra, In your documentation, I can integrate Priority, Severity, Status and Type fields synchronously with JIRA (or other 3rd party tool). I can do the same with custom fields. But I want to also integrate the Name and Description fields. These are the most important fields. Can you please tell me how I do this?
