This requires a database server (and web server) name change. I tried renaming the SQL Server DB and this broke the tool. Reverting to the previous name restored the tool. My question is, how can we copy all the data from one database to another? However from what you describe you should only have to change the name of the database server in the SpiraTeam Web.Config file located in the SpiraTeam program folder.

<a10:updated>2011-11-30T21:56:14-05:00</a10:updated>

Hi Inflectra, Thanks for this. The reason I post here is so anyone searching for issues can find resolutions. Might save you time. If it's not what you want, let me know and I'll post all my issues by email (of course, any IP stuff I'd send straight to support). Thanks, Nick

<a10:updated>2011-11-30T23:50:40-05:00</a10:updated>

Hi Nick You're welcome to use either, we typically scan the forums a couple of times a week wher

Hi Nick You're welcome to use either, we typically scan the forums a couple of times a week whereas the support system is checked every few hours during our working day. If it's time critical, support may be better, otherwise forums may give you a wider array of responses.

<a10:updated>2011-12-01T01:52:06-05:00</a10:updated>
