(Thread)

We are current looking into SpiraTeam and would like to know if there were a way to arrange "overhead" type tasks (e.g., Department meeting, Vacation, etc.) that would allow us to integrate overall time tracking for IT resources into the tool. Might need to set up a dummy project such as "Admin" or something and that would be fine, but not sure if this concept would really work. Couldn't find this in the online documentation. Thanks.

<a10:contributor><a10:email>support@inflectra.com</a10:email></a10:contributor><a10:id>http://www.inflectra.com/kronodesk/forums/threads</a10:id>

Overhead task for timecard entry.

We are current looking into SpiraTeam and would like to know if there were a way to arrange "overhead" type tasks (e.g., Department meeting, Vacation, etc.) that would allow us to integrate overall time tracking for IT resources into the tool.
