Yes, you can create diagrams and other designs in the Spira Document Managements diagram editor . From there, you can use the standard Document Management workflow to review and approve changes. You can also upload different versions and manage that process in Spira. The diagrams and other design artifacts can be linked to requirements, test cases and other artifacts.
