At the beginning I had a single project and we defined some workflows for different incident types. In the meantiime I have much more projects, which have been based on the first one, but we learned now that we have to adapt some workflows and invent a new workflow. The only possibility I see at the moment is to adapt the workflow in each single project and also to create the new workflow for each project (Effort times number of projects ????) Unfortunately you are correct, there is no automated way to sync workflows between existing projects.
