These open runs are visible only in My pending tests Runs section. Status of the test case is still shown as not run even if a few steps have been executed We can not then properly identify if a case is really not run or pending. Our business case : there are end to end test cases with different steps involving different user so the full execution can take some time ( > 1day) How can we then measure the ratio of not started cases vs in progress (not Fail/ Caution/Blocked) ? Is there any customs report which can be shared with us ? we found (with support team) https://www.inflectra.com/Support/KnowledgeBase/KB862.aspx which is extracting Pending test runs only.

<a10:contributor><a10:email>support@inflectra.com</a10:email></a10:contributor><a10:id>http://www.inflectra.com/kronodesk/forums/threads</a10:id>

How to identify- report Tests cases with a ending test Run

Hi all By defaul,t when executing a test case, a test run is created but is not displayed (runs list) until it is completed . That can help us to keep 1) a correct tracking and 2) we can reassign it to any other support engineer, if needed.
