Hello We have Spira Team v3.2.0.0 with a 20-Users Concurrent license. We created a special user to be used with web services. Unfortunately, web services often fail because there are already 20 active sessions so the web service user fails to authenticate. Is there a way to reserve a session slot fot the web service user ? The problem is that you may have more than 1 api user if you're using lots of different plugins...
