The set of displayed rows seems also to depend from the actually logged user !?? Are you sure that you don't have a filter active which is causing some of the rows to be hidden? Also when you do an expand/collapse by clicking the [+] or [-] icon, it only reloads the immediate subload (for speed reasons) whereas clicking Refresh loads the whole list. So if someone else has made changes, it may only show up on Refresh. Can you try clicking Show Level > Level 1 and then re-expand the folder. Does that help?

<a10:updated>2011-04-04T15:32:13-04:00</a10:updated>

the filters have been cleared before, that's sure. Displaying just level1 but our user normally not limit the displayed levels to one. The workaround will be to clear the filters again, I will communicate this.

<a10:updated>2011-04-05T10:50:34-04:00</a10:updated>
