Inflectra Customer Forums: Is "Keep me logged in" supposed to work? (Thread) My company uses hosted SpiraTeam, the most recent version as of 1/30/2013. When logging in I always check the "Keep me logged in" box. But when I try to do anything after maybe 20 minutes of inactivity, Spira asks me to login again. This is not my understanding of what "keep me logged in" means. If you download and apply patch 006 (or later) then it will fix the issue. In the administrative defaults it's set to 20 minutes. I set it to reflect 8 hours (it seemed reasonable for our company) and I've not heard a complaint since.
