I have a resource pool that covers multiple projects. SpiraTeam v4.0 suppose to enhance the Resource balancing, but i'm not getting much out of the feature and just wondering how others are using it. Here are few questions to get all going: 1. How to generate a html report showing all, or selected resource across ALL projects. 2. How to export the report to Excel file.

Hi Ben In answer to your specific questions: 1) You can create a custom report (in Administration > Edit Reports) and add a custom section. In that custom section add a query against the R_ ProjectReleaseResources entity and that will let you report on resources. 2) You can specify Excel as one of the possible report formats in the Report editing page (Administration > Edit Reports) as well.
