What's the plan for items listed in the Development Roadmap as v4.0 items (eg ability to create workflows for non-incident related items) which haven't yet made it? 2. What's the current provisional date for v4.1 go-live? 3. We split the 'workflow of non-incident items' into two groups. Requirements and Tasks will be added in v4.1 and Test Cases/Test Sets will be added in v4.2. This allows us to better integrate the workflow changes to the other changes being planned in each release.
