Try the following URL: http://10.1.19.235/SpiraTest/Services/v3_0/ImportExport.svc?WSDL Also if this is v3.2 or earlier of SpiraTeam and you want to run it on HTTPS you have to change the Web.Config file so that the attributes httpGetEnabled="false" and httpsGetEnabled="true". For v4.0 and later this is no longer necessary.
