Inflectra Customer Forums: Update Problem in structured lists when 2 users work concurrently (Thread) Dear Adam, From time to time our test department is very busy creating new test cases. During such an effort we found the following update problem when two (or more) users work concurrently on test cases in the same project. Scenario: - Test Case contains a test case folder with one or more test cases - User A has only displayed the folder and collapsed the contained test cases - User B adds a new test cases to the folder - User A refreshs the browser contents --> Now SpiraTeam displays the test case folder with the "plus" (+) icon indicating it as collapsed, but it also displays with one indention the new test created by user A This situation is missleading User A. The solution right now is to use the Show Level > Level 1 to collapse all the folders and then re-expand the various folders.
