I would like to create a task like "Creating of test cases". By design is not possible to add task which is scheduled before the iteration release date. In the software development process is "due to date" for creating of test cases normally before of the iteration release date. We will be adding custom Task workflows in v4.1, however for now you'd need to have the task inside the date-range of the iteration it's scheduled for. Maybe you can include the task in the previous iteration?
