Hi, We are using a Linux server to handle our email traffic, and we want to install the email service that enables us to add comments and raise incidents from inbound emails. Is there a way to this by next-next-finish-configure-in-a-GUI method? Or do we have to use some kind of API to create our own service running under linux? Regards, Zoltan

Hi Zoltan You'd need to install the Email Integration Application on a Microsoft Windows workstation and have that connect to your mail server using POP3. You would not be able to install the integration application directly on a Linux mail-server.
