Hi All, I'm getting below exception while accessing the Spira v3.x SOAP web services using Java. "You have insufficient licenses available to access this API with this user (28)". I'm doing update as well as retrieval of the records from Spira. Could anyone tell me what might be the issue. Please contact sales@inflectra.com to increase the number of licenses you have.
