In the description of a requirement we have embedded a picture, but when we are creating a requirement details report as Word 2007+, in the word document only a small placeholder icon with a red cross appears. Same report as HTML works fine. In the HTML of the description we can see the beginning of the embedded picture as: figure: <img src="data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAmUAAAHsCAIAAAAcuk39AAAgAElEQVR4nO29fVQUZ77vy18381fY54+T2f6Bkz.... Hi, We have SpiraTest v4.2.0.8, but we still have the same problem - no images are included into Word 2013. If I use reporting of requirements descriptions to Word 2003 format, images are included, but unusable, since they are about 2cmx2cm size disproportionately distorted when viewed . So that is a limitation of SpiraTeam. With Word 2003 format, the embedded images should be included. I'm not sure why they are distorted for you. The images do appear in Word 2003 format, but they are all the same small size. If you must use Word format, you can adjust the report formatting. You can specify a different size for the images, but it will be the same size for every image in the report. See Writing Custom Reports with Spira Part 2.
