(Thread)

For my new SpiraApp I want to do the following: In the SpiraApp admin page to display a list of all existing in this product Requirements types and associate a text field with it. Something like this: Requirement Type Section Functional: [text input field] User Story: [text input field] Quality: [text input field] ..and so on... The user then will type their text (or select it from Custom List, havent decided on that one yet) and then, every time the requirement is loaded, SpiraApp will place the selected/type value in a custom field (the idea is that the custom field will be showing information depending on the requirement type). How do I do this using standard Spira API? I want SpiraApp to autodiscover the number of Requirement Types, then create a list of entries as above: Type name followed by text input field. So far I didnt manage to find the way of doing so unless I start using an unsupported functionality. Also, do I have to have Save/Cancel buttons per section? How do I force custom section hook to the normal Save button?

<a10:contributor><a10:email>support@inflectra.com</a10:email></a10:contributor><a10:id>http://www.inflectra.com/kronodesk/forums/threads</a10:id>

Listing requirements types in admin page?

For my new SpiraApp I want to do the following: In the SpiraApp admin page to display a list of all existing in this product Requirements types and associate a text field with it.
