We would like to add an incident workflow step after "Assigned" called "In Progress" to indicate that the owner has reviewed and is working on the incident. Hi Tammy  To add new steps, please go to the Administration &gt; Incidents &gt; Edit Statuses. On this page you can add/update the incident statuses that are used as workflow steps in the workflow editor.  Regards  Jim &#xD;
