Inflectra Customer Forums: SpiraTest - Mantis synchronisation (Thread) Hello, I am using SpiraTest v4.2.0.4 and have synchronised it with Mantis v1.2.17. When I create an incident in SpiraTest, it is inserted into mantis via the synchronisation process (and vice versa). However, the notes/comments and files attached do not synchronise. That is, when I add a comment (or a file) in Mantis, I cannot see it in SpiraTest and vice-versa. Notes should also be transferred - if they are not being transferred, there will be error messages in the Event Log from the DataSync indicating why. (If there are no error messages listed, then the error is occuring on the Mantis side, and you will need to check with your Mantis admin & support to see why.)
