Hi Tram  Yes absolutely, the Excel import/export template will have columns for each of the custom fields (CUST_01, CUST_02) that is used to store the value for any of the fields you added. So simply go to Administration &gt; View/Edit Custom Properties and find out the number of your 'pre-condition' field (e.g. CUST_01) and just use that column in the spreadsheet.  Regards Jim &#xD;
