Inflectra Customer Forums: Formatting issues with some of the reports (Thread) Hi, Noticed a few formatting issues with some of the reports that I'd to throw to the user community for some thoughts and/or to see if anyone else has encountered. Items are as follows - Incident summary - detected on dates - Test set summary - pass, fail, etc counts In the incident summary, the detected on date is not being recognised as a "date" as there seems to be an erroneous space present at the end. This means that if we take the data in the report and want to create a pivot table the dates aren't being sorted correctly, and being displayed in alphabetical order rather than date order. Removing this erroneous space solves the issue, but the problem being that you need to remove this from every single cell (there are some other workarounds but it seems that the problem is with the source data) In Test set summary report, the numbers for the passed, failed etc as part of the set are in a text format which (similar to the above) has some impact when wanting to take this data and use in pivot tables. Any thoughts on either of the above would be appreciated. The issues I mentioned where with the reports generated through the reporting module - can you clarify how the formatting of the data is performed (or point me to a section in the user guide if it's there).
