Hi,

For summary reports, I'm interested in knowing whether we can add information that can report on whether the incident is in the OPEN or CLOSED state (as defined by the workflow). We're trying to use the summary reports as data for custom reports and want to filter so we're only showing OPEN issues. Obviously there are workarounds to this (filtering so only the OPEN class statuses are displayed, or by adding custom lookup tables which define each of the statuses as OPEN or CLOSED) but hoping to be able to have this information displayed in the standard report if this is possible. Thanks for any input on this matter.

<a10:contributor><a10:email>support@inflectra.com</a10:email></a10:contributor><a10:id>http://www.inflectra.com/kronodesk/forums/threads</a10:id>

Summary reports - OPEN/CLOSED status

Hi Paul If you run the Incident Summary report, in the XML there is the following field that will display the appropriate information on whether the incident is in an 'open' or 'closed' status: INCIDENT_STATUS_IS_OPEN_STATUS Regards Jim
