After test run, I found there are some failed test steps. So I corrected the problems, and ran the tests again, it shows in the testing page that the test steps are Passed. However, when I generated the failed test steps report, it shows that those fixed steps are still failed. I am wondering if there is something wrong with the database update? Can anyone please help? Thanks!

Hi Yuewen If you run the same tests again and now pass them the test case and steps will show the new status. If you run a Test Cases report it will show that also. However if you run a Test Runs report it will show both runs since they were unique events. If that doesn't answer the question, please log a help desk ticket and one of our support team will help you out. Regards Jim
