assigned defect has not been able to close the incident as the workflow option&#xD;
has been missing. &#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
 I can’t see anything different with these defects that has prevented&#xD;
the close action from being displayed. &#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
 When I changed the detected to value you to match the&#xD;
assigned to value the workflow was displayed. &#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;

    One possibility is that those incidents were a different "type". The incident workflow can be customized for each type of incident (bug, enhancement, documentation, etc.). You can check that under Administration -&gt; Incidents -&gt; Edit Types.
