Owner Field disappears as soon as the New Incident Form loads

Dear Team,

The Owner field on the left side of the New Incident form (overview tab) disappears as soon as the form loads. This problem started yesterday evening and I need a resolution urgently. My team is unable to assign owner to an incident and no email notification is being sent out for new incidents.

Someone please help

Hi Audifax

It sounds like you need to modify the Incident Workflow for this project.

Please go to Administration > Incidents > Edit Workflows

Then click on 'Steps' and for the New status make the 'Owner' field not listed as 'Hidden'. Then click Update/Save.
