I am in the middle of a test run when i realized two things. One of my test cases is unreadable due to how i formated the description text. In another window i go and update the test case so the description field is readable. The second thing is that i'm missing a test cases that i needed to write so in another window i create a new test case and and I add it to the test set that i'm currently executing. You have to finish/pause the current run and then re-execute the test set.
