However, under Planning &gt; Requirements, clicking Insert will automatically add a req Type=Feature.  If I Edit the newly added req type, options are: Design Element, Feature, Need, Quality, Use Case, User Story.  There is no type=Package.  Note: I have administration permissions with role as Project Owner.  Do I have the correct permissions, and how can I add Req Type=Package?
