This could either be an incident listed with multiple retests or multiple validation failed  I understand you can select an incident and view the history, but this is not an option for such a large scale of incidents and  I am looking to have an overview of ALL incidents that have had a retest failed.  Another issue is I can not figure out how to see if a defect has reoccurred after being fixed/ resolved? How can I get an overview of all defects that have resurfuced? For the part about the history and the # times. People have published some custom reports that can do this in the  Custom Report forum . Are you able to assist with this? where is the Administration located and is it only accessible for certain permissions? If you dont see a menu item for Administration, then you dont have access to it. To get access, please check with your internal SpiraTest administrator.  For custom reporting, you need System Administrator permission on your user, since it provides access to the entire database.
